We are a family owned and operated carrier that has been providing transportation for temperature sensitive commodities throughout North America for more than 30 years. Our consistent and steady growth over the years stems from the can-do attitude of our drivers that have named us one of the best fleets to drive for. Only about 20 trucking companies nationwide receive this honor each year so we are very proud of this recognition.
For drivers considering us we can offer 2800-3100 miles per week paid practical miles (out 10-14 days). Our truck drivers are averaging $1000-$1200 per week consistently. Drivers can run western states and/or coast to coast to Southeastern PA and parts of NJ. Our fleet runs roughly 400 (very clean) trucks comprised of 2012 2013 Cascadias, 2013 Peterbuilt 587s and 2013 Kenworth T680s.

Our truck drivers need 1 year OTR tractor trailer experience in the past 3 years or 2 years in the past 5. **we can consider drivers with 8 months tractor trailer experience after an evaluation, please call for details.
23 Years old
No more than 2 minor moving violations in the past 3 years
0 DOT recordable and/or preventable accidents in the past 5 years (0 in past 10 years if driver was ticketed)
No more than 2 minor incidents in the past 3 years
0 Maximum Major Moving Violations in the past 5 years (ie, careless/reckless, following too close, 15+ over, Coasting, etc)
Felony must be outside of 10 years, case by case
Misdemeanors must be outside of 7 years, case by case
DUI/DWI must be outside of 10 years (no more than 2 lifetime)
Favorable employment history (ie; easily verifiable experience, no large gaps in employment, no safety related terminations, no truck abandonment, no quit under dispatch)
